HOW SECURE IS SHOPPING ON YOUR SITE?

Rainbow Body uses SSL protocol to ensure your online purchases are 100% secure. The SSL certificate encrypts personal information whilst it is being transmitted through the internet to ensure your details are kept secure. You will notice a padlock icon will appear when you click through to the checkout page in the address bar of your internet browser to show that the connection is secure.

WHAT IS AFTERPAY

Afterpay is a way to order your new Rainbow Body gear without needing to pay the whole amount upfront. We ship your order out as normal and you pay it off in fortnightly instalments over 6 or 8 weeks.

DO I PAY MORE IF I USE AFTERPAY

No! There is no interest or added fees to use this service.
The only time you would pay a fee is if you miss a payment.

IS YOUR SIZING TRUE TO SIZE?

Yes. Our sizes are true to size. For example if you normally buy size Small then select size Small and Add To Bag.

WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ON A ITEM I PURCHASED?

If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from Rainbow Body, simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly offer you a refund, gift voucher or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods (minus shipping costs) .

If you opt for a refund, this will be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. For all change of mind purchases please contact us at contactus@rainbowbody.com.au  It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left our Rainbow Body warehouse. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from Rainbow Body. If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a gift voucher or exchange and no change of mind refunds, exchanges or credit can be provided unless the item(s) are deemed faulty and proof of purchase must be provided.

DO YOUR TIGHTS FALL DOWN?

No. Our tights offer compression. Thick High waist band with added draw cord to stop the need to fix your tights during workouts.

ARE YOUR TIGHTS SEE THROUGH?

No. Our tights are not see through.

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY BACK ORDER?

If you have purchased a “BACK ORDER” your item could take up to a maximum of 10 days to arrive. Typically they arrive in less than 5 days.

DO YOUR TIGHTS OFFER SUPPORT?

Yes. All our tights offer compression support and that flattering compression fit.

DO YOU KEEP MY CREDIT CARD DETAILS?

No. We never see or store your credit card details.

WHAT FORM OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Rainbow Body is proud to accept Master Card, Visa payments and PayPal. We do not offer Direct Deposit, Cheques, Diners, AMEX or cash on delivery as payment methods. We also accept Rainbow Body gift vouchers.

WHERE ARE THE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM?

Our Rainbow Body warehouse is in Melbourne, Australia.

HOW DO I USE MY GIFT CARD?

Enter the gift card code during the checkout process, you will notice the value be removed from your order total.

WHY AM I BEING CHARGED BY CUSTOMS AFTER I`VE ALREADY PAYED FOR SHIPPING?

Shipping charges is for transport costs only, and does not cover import liabilities that may be applied by the government of the destination country. Rainbow Body does not accept any responsibility for customs delays, duties or taxes that may apply in the destination country.
