LIABILITY

Rainbow body does not accept liability for any loss or damages caused by this website, or any website linked to this website.

Rainbow Body Reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order at anytime without giving reason. We will make all reasonable effort to contact the customer using the details provided and all received monies will be refunded using the method received.

SHIPPING RATES   

Rainbow Body will publish or display the current shipping rates on the websites as applicable.

Shipping rates may vary or be waived as part of promotions or sales on the website and the part or fully discounted shipping may cease at any time at the discretion of Rainbow Body

Rainbow Body reserves the right to change any or all of the following, at any time:

-Shipping rates charged to any destination;

-Delivery method;

-Carrier or shipping provider.

DISPATCH OF ORDERS

Orders are normally dispatched within 1-3 business days of Order Confirmation subject to all ordered items being in stock.

Rainbow Body will endeavour to search in store for styles if they are not available in the online store warehouse. 

If any items cannot be fulfilled from your order we will contact you via email.

ACCEPTANCE OF GOODS

On receiving the order the customer is responsible for inspecting the goods for fault or damage. 

Should the items ordered not be of acceptable quality, it is the customer’s responsibility to notify  Rainbow Body, as soon as possible. Please see Returns & Exchanges Policy for more information.

Returns Policy
DURING PUBLIC HOLIDAY`S
Our office will be closed during all Australian public holidays, any returns/exchanges received will be processed as soon as the office re-opens, which will be the next business working day

We want you to be proud of Rainbow Body products as much as we love designing them for you! If you are not happy with any of your Rainbow Body items we are more than happy to refund,  exchange or credit your purchase.

Here’s what you need to do….

On receiving your order, try on all your purchases within 7-14 days. Please leave all tickets and hygiene stickers on the garment.
If you wish to return an item that you have purchased, Please e-mail contactus@rainbowbody.com.au, once you receive a confirmation e-mail please send your goods and a copy of your invoice to:

REFUND
All merchandise that is correctly returned in accordance with the conditions below will be credited to the purchaser’s credit card, with the exception of:
Full priced and Sale items We are happy to issue a refund, credit note or an exchange on these styles.

The shipping costs incurred by the purchaser will not be refunded except when a product is faulty.

EXCHANGE
We are more than happy to exchange a garment for an alternate size, if we have it available. If we do not have the required size an alternate style or credit will be offered. Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a product is not a sign that the item is faulty.

CONDITIONS
All items must be returned in new and unused condition with all tags attached and in original condition. If your item shows any evidence of wear (includes, but is not limited to, strong perfume or cigarette smells, rips, tears, stains, bent or damaged product tags) it will be returned to you and your refund voided.
Goods must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. 21 days for all international orders.
Unfortunately Rainbow Body cannot accept any liability for goods returned by unregistered post.
