Here At Rainbow Body we want our Customers to love the products as much as we love designing them for you. If for some reason you are un happy with any of your Rainbow Body garments we are more than happy to refund, exchange or credit your purchase.

Once you have received your order, please try on all your items within 7-14 days. please leave on all swing tags and labelling.

If you wish to return an item that you have purchased, please contact us at contactus@rainbowbody.com.au with your return concerns.

After Contacting us please send your product back to the address below.

At Rainbow Body we are more than happy to exchange a item for an alternative size or style, If for some reason we do not have an item available we will offer an alternative style or credit note will be offered. Items that are considered faulty are those that are received in a damaged condition. Wear and tear to a item is not a sign that the item is faulty.

The shipping cost to send the item back for an exchange with be at the customers cost (Except Fault Items), however Rainbow Body will cover the cost to ship the exchanged item back to you.

What if I simply changed my mind on products I purchased?

If for any reason you decide that you no longer want an item purchased from Rainbow Body, simply return it to us within 14 days of purchase and we will gladly offer you a refund, gift voucher or exchange (your choice) equal to the amount paid for the goods (minus shipping costs) .

If you opt for a refund, this will be processed via the payment method used at the time of purchase. For all change of mind purchases please contact us at contactus@rainbowbody.com.au  It is important however that the item(s) and any packaging and ticketing which the goods may have come in/with, are in the same condition as when they left our Rainbow Body warehouse. It is also important that you have a proof of purchase of the goods, clearly identifying that the goods were purchased from Rainbow Body. If these conditions are not met, we will unfortunately not be able to provide you with a gift voucher or exchange and no change of mind refunds, exchanges or credit can be provided unless the item(s) are deemed faulty and proof of purchase must be provided.




All Items that are correctly Returned in accordance with the conditions below will be credited to the purchasers credit card or pay pal account and After Pay Account with the exception

Items to be returned with all tags attached  and unworn

For the shipping cost of a returned garment this will be at the purchaser cost, only on faulty garments will the shipping be refunded.


All Items must be returned in new and unused condition with swing tags and labels to be left on the garments, to be left in original condition. If your item shows evidence to of been worn for e.g. cigarette smells,rip,tear,make up marks,strong perfume or tags not on the garment, Your items will be returned to you and your refund VOIDED.

All items are to be returned with 14 days of receiving them.

Rainbow Body cannot accept any liability for goods being returned by any unregistered postal service
